I never got the code

Codes arrive by email and expire after ten minutes. Check the spam folder first — the first one from a new sender often lands there. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, ask for another. If you have asked several times in a row, wait a few minutes before trying again: the app limits how often codes can be requested.

The code says it is wrong

Each code works once and only for the address it was sent to. If you asked twice, only the newest one works. After several wrong attempts the code is cancelled and you will need a new one.

I have changed email address

The address is how the app knows you, so it cannot be swapped yourself. Email [email protected] from the old address if you still can, or the new one if you cannot.

Invitations

My link says it has expired or been used

Invitation links are single-use and time-limited on purpose. Ask the coach for a fresh one.

I am a parent — do I need my own account?

Yes, and you should have one. Guardians get their own sign-in and see the same news, roster and schedule as the players. Sharing a login is not necessary and is worse for everyone.

Notifications

I am getting too many

Open Settings → Notifications in the app. Each team has three switches: news posts, schedule changes, and reminders the day before an event. Turn off whichever you do not want.

I get nothing at all

Check that notifications are allowed for the app in your phone's own settings first — if the operating system is blocking them, the switches in the app cannot help. Then check the switches themselves.

Why did one arrive at 6am?

Anything routine waits until 7am. A cancelled or postponed event does not, because a game called off early has to reach you before you set off. Sign-in alerts for a new device are also always sent.

The calendar link

Under Settings → Calendar you can create a link that your phone's calendar app subscribes to, so games and practices appear alongside everything else and stay in sync.

The link is shown once. Anyone holding it can read that team's schedule, so keep it to yourself — and if you think it has been shared, use Replace on the same screen, which stops the old one working immediately.

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete account. It asks twice, then signs you out everywhere. Your account is removed permanently after 30 days and cannot be recovered after that. Details are in the privacy policy.

Something on the roster is wrong

Roster entries are maintained by the coach, so ask him first — that is usually the fastest fix. If it concerns a photograph of your player and you would rather it were not there at all, email [email protected] and it will be removed.

The app is showing old information

The app keeps the last update so it stays readable in a gym with no signal. When it is doing that, a bar at the top says Offline — showing last update with the time it was fetched. Pull down to refresh once you have a connection.
